Empressita Karen Schuck born February 19, 1993, sometimes credited only as Empress, is a Filipina actress and commercial modelwho is currently a member of ABS-CBN’s Star Magic.Schuck is the daughter of a German father and a Filipina mother. She plays the guitar and piano. She was discovered by ABS-CBN when she was eight years old. In 2003, she won the Most Popular Child Actress in the 2003 Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation.She also appeared in Super Inggo as Ava Avaniko where she was paired with Sam Concepcion. Schuck was known as Hillary in Star Magic Presents: Abt Ur Luv and Star Magic Presents: Abt Ur Luv, Ur Lyf 2 which was replaced by Star Magic Presents: Astigs. Empress Schuck Debut party is a Rocker Chick theme inspired by her idols Avril Lavigne and Miley Cyrus. In the invitation program sent out for the Empress Schuck Debut party, in keeping with the Rocker Chick theme, all guests are requested to wear chic outfits in black, pink or white.
